Author's note
Play House, created by Xerographer Fonts in 2012, is a free cartoon display font with the buoyant look of hand-drawn bubble lettering. Its rounded, uneven forms shift between open outlines and solid fills, giving the alphabet a lively cut-paper quality. Crooked joins and changing stroke widths keep the shapes deliberately loose.
Children's entertainment is an obvious setting for this playful style, especially on activity books, party posters, and toy packaging. It feels cheerful without looking sugary. The alternating filled and outlined letters can become part of a simple illustrated scene, echoing stickers, doodles, and chunky character art rather than behaving like neutral type.
