Playtitle by Skyhaven is a free comic display font with broad capitals, flared serifs, and emphatic shifts between thick and thin strokes. The letters have the stately proportions of Roman inscriptional type, enlarged into wide forms with sharply cut details and a theatrical edge.
It is strongest on theatrical title cards and posters. Book covers, event graphics, and entertainment branding benefit from the same grand scale and crisply pointed serifs, which turn familiar classical lettering into something more playful.
