Author's note

Pokemon Pixels 1 by David Martin is a free pixel-art dingbat font with a playful early-game cartoon feel. The set reads as chunky black-and-white creature icons built from square steps and bold outlines, with rounded, mascot-like silhouettes that echo handheld-era game graphics rather than polished modern vectors.

It fits naturally into retro game flyers, fan zines, streamer overlays, party invites, and scrapbook labels, where the free font can work like a row of character stamps or collectible badges. Because the drawings are compact and instantly toy-like, they also suit title cards, section markers, and short packaging accents that need a hit of pixel nostalgia without turning into full illustration.
