Polaris, designed by Felix Braden of Floodfonts, is a free high-contrast serif with broad, flat serifs and sharply changing stroke widths. Its tall, stately letters combine slender hairlines with dark verticals, giving the face a crisp fashion-editorial character.
Luxury, fashion, and cultural subjects suit its formal proportions and dramatic contrast.
