Policebulle is a free outlined cartoon display font with plump, looping forms and an unmistakably hand-drawn wobble. Its letters resemble inflated shapes, but deep notches and open breaks keep the silhouettes lively rather than smooth or uniform. Small inner marks add a comic, improvised detail.
As lettering, it can turn a title into part of the illustration, especially for children's activity books, playful event posters, and toy packaging. The loose contours and balloon-like shapes also suit party invitations and classroom graphics, with the strongest results coming from designs that treat each word as a row of cheerful rounded drawn objects.
