Author's note

Potrzebie, Patrick Broderick's free comic display font, carries a sly mid-century cartoon flavor with tall, sharp serifs and a loose, hand-drawn bounce. The letters feel stretched and slightly unruly, mixing broad curves with sudden needle-like points so the whole design reads wry rather than formal.

It suits poster headlines, magazine cover lines, indie comic titles, bookstore signage, and playful editorial openers where a free font can bring in that satirical, old-print wink. Use it when you want short words or names to feel talkative and a little eccentric, because the contrast and quirky rhythm do most of the work fast.
