ProtoSans31 by Roman Gornitsky is a free pixel font built from stark rectangular strokes, open gaps, and sharply squared curves. The modular letters have a compact, rigid early-digital look.
As an electronic title, it can shape arcade game screens, technology posters, and music artwork with a stripped-back retro hardware aesthetic. The repeated right angles also let logos and event graphics borrow the logic of circuit boards or segmented displays.
