Px Slab, created by Wouter Depaemelaere of FontStruct, is a free pixel slab display font with stark, modular construction. Its letters are built from square steps, right angles, and broad rectangular strokes. The broken block silhouettes recall early computer graphics and low-resolution arcade screens.
Technology and retro gaming are its clearest subjects. It fits game interfaces, music posters, and science-fiction packaging because its letters resemble strict grid graphics. Across these uses, the pixel structure turns words into screen-like symbols.
