Author's note

Qarmic Sans by Joanne Taylor is a free rounded sans serif with broad, softly drawn forms and an easygoing handwritten character. Gentle changes in stroke width, open curves, and sweeping tails keep the lettering lively and informal.

As a friendly brand voice, it suits cafe packaging and children's publishing because the soft shapes feel welcoming. Posters and event graphics gain a similarly relaxed note from its large, simple curves. In logos, the looping strokes can become part of an illustrated badge or mascot instead of serving as neutral lettering.
