Author's note

Queens Park Bold by Roger White is a free bold display serif with a dense, imposing silhouette. Its broad strokes, tightly fitted letters, and crisp wedge-like serifs give the design a distinctly old-style print quality. The rounded forms are full and upright.

An upscale food brand or traditional retailer could use it for packaging, signage, and a substantial wordmark. The dark texture also suits magazine covers with historical or literary subject matter. Its sturdy curves and pointed details make particular sense in heritage branding and publishing that draws on vintage book typography.
