Author's note

Radley by Vernon Adams is a free high-contrast serif font with stately, finely drawn proportions. Broad curves meet very thin hairlines, and the serifs end in crisp, tapered points. Its lowercase is notably graceful.

Book covers are its strongest setting, especially for literary fiction, history, or cultural criticism. The poised shapes also suit museum posters, refined food packaging, and editorial features where the lettering should suggest tradition without looking stiff. Its most natural audience is readers and customers drawn to thoughtful, established design rather than casual or playful typography.
