Raging Red Lotus by Nate Piekos of Blambot.com is a free brush display font with the force of fast, physical strokes laid down by hand. Its strokes swing from broad inked wedges to narrow slashes, with pointed ends, hooked curves, and abrupt changes of direction. Tall, narrow proportions keep the uneven forms taut, even as individual letters lean and flare in different ways.
It can turn a poster or game title into hand-painted artwork. That same fierce silhouette also suits band merchandise, comic publishing, and action-themed packaging, linking each application through sharp-edged brushwork that resembles marks from an illustrated blade or loaded paintbrush.
