Author's note

Redux by Chris Vile of Fonts by GKDN is a free eroded sans serif display font with broad capitals and firm geometric shapes. Scuffed bands cut across the strokes in uneven patches, giving the controlled lettering the look of weathered print.

Poster design is its clearest home, especially for concerts and streetwear launches. It also suits industrial album packaging and merchandise. In editorial design, a feature title can echo the roughness of photocopied textures.
