Respess Capitals Light by l'Abecedarienne is a free eroded serif caps display font with a weathered, old-print mood. The letters look bitten away at the edges, with soft, uneven contours and broken patches that make the alphabet feel ink-worn rather than neatly drawn.

That roughness gives it a natural place in poster work, book covers, title cards, packaging, and moody editorial headlines where a free font can bring in age and atmosphere fast. It works best in short settings like initials, cover lines, and logotype-style words, because the distressed caps carry so much of the voice on their own.
