Author's note

RetroVille NC, created by NipCen, also known as SMWCNC, is a free pixel font with the tall, forceful proportions of early arcade titles. Its upright letters use dense strokes, squared openings, and sharply simplified curves. Width varies noticeably from letter to letter.

Game title screens are its clearest role, especially for retro platformers and industrial science-fiction settings. Menus and scoreboards can borrow the same sturdy electronic character, making the lettering feel native to the interface. Event posters and streetwear graphics offer a second home for its blunt digital shapes.
