Author's note

Ride the Fader by The Monotype Corporation is a free dot-matrix pixel font with the broad proportions and dense weight of an oversized electronic display. Its evenly rounded lights give the lettering a softer edge than a typical square-cell screen face. Wide capitals and tight internal openings make the design feel loud and mechanical.

Tech themes are the clearest match, with arcade graphics, music posters, and club merchandise all benefiting from its illuminated sign character. It also suits title sequences and event branding. The matrix pattern can become part of a venue's wider visual identity.
