Ring by Alejandro Cabrera Avila of FontStruct is a free techno display font built from dense, tightly packed squared forms that resemble joined metal plates, with hard geometric cutaways. Sharp notches and clipped corners break up the broad strokes.
Game graphics are an especially convincing medium for its machine-cut shapes, which suit arcade menus, esports branding, and angular science-fiction title cards. The same industrial geometry also fits electronic music posters and event merchandise for audiences drawn to stark, hardware-inspired lettering.
