Author's note
Rio Grande Striped Bold by Anton Krylov of Inked Font Customs is a free outlined Western display font with broad slab serifs and a lively saloon-sign silhouette. Irregular horizontal stripes and a loose inner contour give the letters a hand-painted edge.
Western-themed bars, barbecue brands, rodeos, and country music events can use its striped construction to suggest carved or painted frontier signage. The repeated bands can also echo woodgrain, fabric patterns, or illustrated desert scenery in packaging and posters.
