Author's note

Roadgeek 2005 SignBacks, designed by Michael D. Adams, is a free road-sign dingbat font built from solid sign silhouettes. Its shapes range from compact plaques to tall rounded panels, with slim outlines that suggest the edges of fabricated metal signs. Varied proportions give the collection the practical look of roadside hardware rather than conventional lettering.

As ready-made sign forms, the symbols can turn transport maps, driving games, and road-safety graphics into miniature sign systems rather than ordinary text. Their familiar panels connect directly with highway illustrations and traffic icon sets.
