Root Canal, designed by Dan Evans of FontStruct, is a free groovy display font with massive rounded forms and tiny circular openings. Its bulbous curves and blunt joins form a cartoon-like silhouette.
The broad, soft shapes can echo bubbles, bold cut-paper illustration, or rounded product graphics, making the font a natural fit for music posters, snack packaging, and playful merchandise. Those small round openings become a recurring dot motif, useful for children's entertainment and retro branding built around simple, oversized imagery.
