Ruda by Mariela Monsalve and Angelina Sanchez is a free narrow sans serif with tall, upright letters and a steady, economical build. The mostly even strokes are softened by broad curves, and the lowercase letters retain a generous height beside the capitals.
Magazine publishing is a particularly convincing home for it. Cover lines, cultural posters, and event programs all benefit from its compact proportions and calm authority, but publishing makes the best use of its ability to fit longer wording into a firm vertical silhouette.
