Author's note

Runic, drawn by Dmitry Dervenjov and created by Nikolay Dubina, is a free rune-inspired display font with tall, sharply cut letters. Narrow strokes, hooked diagonals, and irregular joins make the letters resemble ancient-looking marks carved by hand into weathered wood or stone.

An independent fantasy role-playing game, a folk-metal act, or a historical attraction could use it for branding, posters, merchandise, album covers, and event graphics with a deliberately rough ceremonial edge. Its branching forms readily become illustrated talismans and carved-sign motifs.
