Author's note

Sacramento by Brian J. Bonislawsky of Astigmatic is a free calligraphic script with the easy sweep of vintage signwriting. Its mostly even strokes form generous loops and tall capitals, followed by compact connected letters.

The lettering recalls mid-century shop signs and personal stationery. It suits bakery packaging, cafe branding, wedding invitations, and fashion editorials that benefit from an elegant but informal signature. Those broad opening flourishes make the font apt for labels and event pieces built around ornamental linework.
