Saloon Ext Wd, designed by R. Schenk, is a free Western display font built from broad, heavy letterforms. Flared slab serifs and pointed notches give the lettering the carved ornament of frontier signage. Rounded letters are especially wide, with compact inner openings that emphasize the solid silhouette.
