Author's note

Sancreek by Vernon Adams is a free Western display font with the ornate swagger of nineteenth-century show bills. Its broad letters combine pinched waists, flared serifs, and bulging curves. Small curls and notches enliven the silhouette without hiding the forms.

For saloon, rodeo, or frontier-themed material, it is especially apt. It can turn event posters and beverage packaging into convincing pieces of period-inspired display lettering. The same theatrical ornament links those uses to merchandise and hospitality branding.
