Author's note

Scar Bleed, created by Galdino Otten, is a free scary display font with extremely tall, narrow letters and a raw, scratched finish. Uneven edges, abrupt changes in stroke width, and occasional ink-like snags make the forms look cut, scraped, and slightly unstable.

Horror filmmakers and heavy music labels can use its gaunt silhouette for title cards, album artwork, and merchandise. The torn, needle-thin strokes also suit haunted-house posters and Halloween event graphics, where the lettering can echo slash marks, bare branches, or rough handmade props.
