Author's note

Sci Fied 2002 by Andreas Nylin is a free futuristic display font with a sleek, late-90s sci-fi mood. The letters are built from thick, rounded strokes and clipped openings that make the alphabet feel streamlined, synthetic, and a little like interface lettering from an old concept spaceship.

It fits naturally in poster headlines, game logos, tech event graphics, album covers, and title cards where short words can carry the style. As a free font, it also suits branding experiments, cover lines, and monograms, especially when you want a soft-edged cyber look rather than something cold or aggressively mechanical.
