Author's note

Scrabble, by Dirk Uhlenbrock of Eyesaw Fontz, is a free game-show caps display font built around the look of letter tiles and scoring marks. The caps feel lifted from a worn word game box: chunky black tile edges, tiny point numbers, and a rough printed texture that makes the alphabet look handled, shuffled, and slightly battered.

That board-game flavor gives this free font a natural place in playful posters, quiz-night flyers, packaging, zines, and title cards where a little competitive wit helps. It also works nicely for short headlines, monograms, and cover lines, because the numbered letters and uneven tile framing do most of the talking before you add anything else.
