Scurville by Owen Turley is a free handwritten font with a sly, offbeat rhythm. The letters feel loosely drawn with a broad marker, mixing heavy rounded strokes and wiry joins so the alphabet looks casual, stretched, and a little mischievous rather than neat.
That makes it a natural pick for poster titles, indie music artwork, zine covers, cafe branding, and playful packaging where a plain free font would feel too tame.
