Sectarian by Terry Sampson of FSI FontShop International GmbH is a free futuristic display sans with broad modular capitals and a machine-cut silhouette. Rounded outer corners soften the squared construction, and horizontal openings and clipped joins run through the lettering. The strokes are solid and nearly uniform, giving each letter the look of a fabricated panel.
Its panel-like forms can echo interface frames, circuit diagrams, and other hard-edged graphics in game branding and science-fiction posters. On electronic music packaging and event signage, those letters can double as panels, labels, or interface components.
