Sewer Rat, from Ominous Cat Art & Design, is a free distorted horror display font with the look of smeared brush lettering scratched onto a wall. The letters feel restless and grimy, with blunt, uneven strokes, wobbling edges, and a loose handmade rhythm that keeps the wordmark raw rather than tidy.
It fits posters for punk gigs, horror zines, underground film titles, skate graphics, and Halloween flyers, where a free font with this much dirt and motion can do the talking fast. Use it for short headlines, cover lines, title cards, or rough monograms when you want the letters to feel stained, unstable, and a little feral.
