SF Avondale Inline Italic by Derek Vogelpohl of ShyFoundry is a free outlined varsity display font with broad, sharply cut capitals and a pronounced forward slant. The inset line recalls painted team names and old-school uniforms.
Striped jerseys, pennants, and mascot illustrations echo its layered contours, making the font a natural fit for sports posters and event graphics. It can also shape merchandise and entertainment branding with a competitive, vintage edge rather than a polished corporate look.
