Author's note

SF Phosphorus Chloride, designed by Derek Vogelpohl of ShyFoundry, is a free high-contrast serif with an elegant, fashion-minded edge. Its steeply slanted curves and hairline serifs give the lettering a quick, sweeping motion. The forms are exceptionally lean.

Editorial fashion titles are its strongest use, especially on magazine covers and feature openers. The same sharp refinement suits perfume packaging and upscale event invitations. In campaign graphics, its long curves can echo the lines of fabric, jewelry, or fashion photography.
