SF Phosphorus Triselenide by Derek Vogelpohl of ShyFoundry is a free high-contrast serif modeled on stately nineteenth-century display lettering. Its broad vertical strokes meet hairline joins and broad, flat serifs, giving the letters a crisp architectural build. Rounded forms soften the otherwise imposing effect.
Luxury publishers and heritage fashion labels could use its period formality for cover lines, premium packaging, and invitation designs aimed at a cultured audience.
