SF Phosphorus by Derek Vogelpohl of ShyFoundry is a free high-contrast italic serif with the poised sweep of fashion lettering. Broad curves, hairline joins, and sharply tapered serifs give the letters a fluid, calligraphic silhouette.
Publishing is its clearest setting, particularly for magazine mastheads and book covers. The same refined strokes suit fragrance packaging and fashion branding, but their strongest role remains editorial, where they lend titles the drama of a carefully drawn inscription.
