Shamsini by Raslani is a free irregular serif display font with the weight and blunt authority of hand-cut signage. Broad, dark strokes meet small flared serifs, and the letters shift noticeably in width without losing their shared construction. Rounded forms are slightly pinched and uneven, keeping the face lively and informal instead of polished.
