Shark is a free modern blackletter font with a lean, blade-cut rhythm. The letters pair heavy vertical weight with sudden pointed notches and curling medieval turns, giving the whole font a tense, hooked movement that feels sharper and more graphic than traditional Gothic revival lettering.
It fits posters, album covers, streetwear branding, game titles, and bar or tattoo graphics where a name needs bite without turning ornate. As a free font, Shark also works well for short headlines, logo sketches, and monograms, because those deep diagonal cuts and arrow-like endings give even a few letters a forceful silhouette.
