Author's note

Silkscreen Expanded Bold is a free bitmap caps font with a blunt, screen-made rhythm and a distinctly early digital feel. The letters are built from chunky square steps and broad horizontal runs, giving the font a firm, posterish presence that feels closer to old interface graphics and arcade-era titling than to smooth contemporary display work.

It fits naturally in game graphics, zines, tech flyers, title cards, record sleeves, and short poster headlines where that blocky pixel texture does the talking. As a free font, it also makes sense for logos, monograms, and section openers that need a wide, grid-locked shape rather than finesse.
