Sketchy Smiley by David Kerkhoff is a free cartoon dingbat font built from hand-drawn faces. Each round head has an uneven, doubled contour, and the simple eyes and mouths shift between cheerful, worried, puzzled, and grumpy expressions. The loose pen lines keep the faces immediate and homemade.
Cartoon and comic-book humor makes it a natural fit for children's activity sheets, party invitations, game graphics, and playful merchandise, since the faces can act as reactions or recurring cast members.
