Author's note

Skirules Sans Expanded, designed by Fabian Pfeifhofer, is a free grunge-horror font with battered glyphs that seem eaten away by ink, scratches, and ragged splashes. Its broad, blocky presence is repeatedly interrupted by white gouges and pooling black shapes, giving the lettering a tense, photocopied brutality.

It suits horror film titles, punk gig posters, haunted-attraction signage, extreme-sports apparel, and abrasive album artwork. Those settings benefit from the font's torn silhouettes and chaotic spray marks, which suggest damage, noise, and underground print culture without relying on ornamental flourishes.
