Author's note

Slavjanic kUcs, a free Church Slavonic Cyrillic font, carries the weight of liturgical lettering rather than everyday type. The letters are tall and ceremonial, mixing sharp rooflike peaks, narrow shafts, and occasional teardrop cuts that give the whole font an icon-panel, manuscript mood.

It fits projects that lean on Orthodox, medieval, or old Slavic references - book covers, exhibit graphics, title cards, chapter openers, and devotional posters all make sense for this free font. It also works well for short headings and monogram-like initials, because the compressed vertical rhythm and pointed silhouettes do most of the atmosphere on their own.
