Author's note

Sloba 12 by Nikola Kovanovic is a free Cyrillic display font with a solemn, church-book flavor. The letters pair heavy horizontal crowns with rounded inner arches and mirrored side strokes, giving the font a carved, ceremonial rhythm that feels old Slavic rather than merely ornamental.

It fits posters, book covers, cultural event identities, title cards, and monograms where a short line needs that formal, emblem-like presence. As a free font, it works especially well for mastheads, cover lines, and drop caps, because the repeated halo-like tops and enclosed oval forms make even a few letters feel like a complete mark.
