Author's note

Sloba 19, by Nikola Kovanovic, is a free Cyrillic display font built from sharp slabs and broad circular cuts. The letters feel engineered and emblematic, with heavy horizontal bars, pinched joins, and repeated half-round openings that give the font a strict rhythm and a distinctly poster-era, Eastern European character.

It fits graphic work that wants a bold civic or industrial note: exhibition posters, album sleeves, mastheads, title cards, and short packaging names. As a free font, it works best where a few large words can carry the look, because those carved circular shapes and blocky crossbars do most of the talking.
