Author's note

Smoke In The Woods by Kevin Christopher is a free eroded Western display font with broad slab serifs and a battered surface. Its tall, uneven letters recall timber signage and frontier printing. Chips and gaps break up the dark strokes.

A saloon poster is its strongest role, with the worn texture supplying an immediate period cue. It also fits whiskey packaging, country music merchandise, and Western event graphics. The damaged edges can echo weathered wood, stamped labels, and distressed illustration.
