Author's note

Spaceworm by Eric Wiryanata is a free pixel bitmap caps font with a chunky arcade snap and a sly sci-fi curl. The letters are built from hard square blocks, but that spiral turn and the stepped cut-ins keep it from feeling rigid, giving the set a wormy, maze-like rhythm that suits retro game culture.

It makes sense anywhere you want a digital mood with a bit of character: game logos, poster titles, stream graphics, zines, and title cards all fit this free font naturally. Use it for short headlines, cover lines, or monograms where the squared forms and curled corners can do the talking fast.
