Author's note

Spiderman, created for Spiderman '98 by Capt Greg Smith, Army PR, is a free spiderweb display font with a comic-book punch. The letters are chunky and playful, but every shape is laced with web strands and small spider details, giving the font a busy, hand-drawn energy that feels straight out of late-90s superhero branding.

It fits best where the theme can do the talking - Halloween posters, kids' party invites, comic-style title cards, novelty T-shirts, and themed shop signs all make sense for this free font. Because the web pattern fills nearly every letter, it works especially well in short headlines, logos, and cover lines where that motif can stay visible.
