Author's note

Splinky by Chris Brown is a free comic display font with a lanky, offbeat handwritten bounce. The letters sway between tall, narrow strokes and loose curves, with a big looping S and casually tilted forms that make the whole font feel wiry, playful, and a little unruly.

That makes it a natural fit for kids' book covers, zines, indie poster work, greeting cards, and quirky packaging where a free font should feel more like a doodle than a system. Use it for short headlines, title cards, or pull quotes when you want the uneven rhythm and stretched letter shapes to do some of the talking.

Description
I always liked the sound Barbara Eden made when she blinked in I dream of Jeanie. SPLINKY was named after that sound.
