Spomenar 2, by Nikola Kovanovic, is a free Cyrillic caps display font with a stern, monument-like presence. The letters are tall, tightly packed, and very heavy, with deep rounded arches and narrow inner cuts that make the font feel carved rather than drawn, echoing socialist-era signage and memorial inscriptions.
That mood suits posters, book covers, cultural event branding, title cards, and record sleeves where a few large words need gravity and rhythm. As a free font, it also works well for monograms and short headline treatments, because the compressed width and blunt mass let the caps lock together into a solid block.
