Author's note

Spondulix NF, Nick Curtis's free retro 3D display font, channels late Art Deco glamour through chunky letters with rounded outer curves, clipped inner turns, and long diagonal shadow forms. The font feels slick and architectural at once, with each shape locking into a rhythm of bold slabs, soft corners, and machine-age streamlining.

It suits poster titles, lounge and cocktail branding, record sleeves, shop signs, and magazine cover lines where a free font can bring in a period mood fast. Keep it for short headlines, title cards, or monogram-like initials, because the deep built-in shadow gives even a few letters the feel of lit marquee lettering.
