Author's note
Sponge is a free modern outlined display font with an eroded, ink-spattered finish. Its broad, swollen letters have uneven rounded corners and a loose, cartoonish silhouette. Dense speckles and larger blotches break up the open interiors.
Skate shops, streetwear labels, and youth-focused snack brands could use it for packaging, merchandise, and poster headlines with a scruffy comic edge. The scattered marks can also echo spray, crumbs, or splashed paint in supporting illustrations, making the lettering part of the artwork.
